The Social/Emotional Committee for reconfiguration is a group of parents, teachers, and administrators who volunteered to help because they are deeply invested in our district. The committee has met several times to plan and organize support for the social and emotional well-being of the students and the community. The committee recognizes that there is a lot of work to be done, but it also recognizes the importance of celebrating our outstanding school district. Thanksgiving is approaching, and what better time is there to reflect on what we have and what we are grateful for in our lives, including our amazing schools.
Please join the community in using the hashtag #GratefulForGPSchools on your preferred social media platform to share why you are, indeed, grateful to be part of the Grosse Pointe Public School System.
